Your Welcome Folder

We will upload 1 Welcome Folder which will include your "Contact Us" page and an "About Us" page. Plus we can upload your T&C's & Policies into your account.

1 x Course + Social Chat

We will upload 1 course with Max 3 modules and 3 lessons within each module ( 9 lessons in total). Plus a Social Chat Group for anyone who enrolls in your course to chat.

  3. Content Migration: Our team expertly handles the migration, organising and setting up your courses as per your preferences.
  4. Review and Final Touches: You’ll have the opportunity to review everything and request one round of revisions to ensure perfection.

Additional Notes:

  • Timeline: The migration process can take from 4 weeks, depending on your preparedness and the complexity of your courses.
  • Video Content: Maximum video length is 15 minutes. Longer videos will require discussion for linking or embedding from other sources.


Q: How long does the migration process take?

A: Typically, the process takes about 4 weeks from the time we receive all your assets. This timeline can vary depending on the complexity and organisation of the materials provided.

Q: What do I need to provide for the migration?

A: You will need to provide your logo, any specific folder covers, your contact details, T&C and policies, a welcome message, and all course-related content including covers, videos, images, and descriptions. We will discuss the exact data required in our initial chat. 

Q: Is there support available if I have issues after the migration?

A: Absolutely! We offer comprehensive support after your course goes live to ensure you’re comfortable managing your new digital environment.

Q: Can I make changes to the content after the initial setup?

A: Yes, one round of revisions is included in the service. Any major changes post this revision might incur additional costs, depending on the extent of the changes required.

A: For videos longer than 15 minutes, we’ll need to discuss additional hosting options like embedding from external sources or linking directly to the content.

Some of our Terms and Conditions for Migration and Upload Services

1. Service Description Wisdome’s Migration and Upload Service (“Service”) includes the transfer, setup, and configuration of your educational content onto our platform. This service is limited to the migration of videos, images, text, and other digital content as agreed upon in the initial service agreement.

2. Pricing and Payment The standard fee for the Service is $600, with an early bird discount price of $500 available until May 31, 2024. Additional revisions are charged at $50 per hour. Payment is due upon service engagement and can be made via the accepted methods listed on our platform.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, access credentials, and other required information promptly. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays.

4. Timeline and Delays The typical timeline for completion of the Service is 4 weeks from receipt of all client materials. Wisdome is not responsible for delays resulting from late or incomplete information provision by the client or unforeseen technical challenges.

5. Revisions and Changes The Service includes one round of revisions. Requests for additional revisions will incur a fee of $50 per hour. All revision requests must be submitted within one week of the initial service completion.

6. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel the Service within 48 hours of payment without penalty. Cancellations after this period may incur fees to cover any work already performed.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection Wisdome commits to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client data during the migration process. All client information will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Liability and Indemnification Wisdome’s liability in connection with the Service is limited to the service fee paid by the client. Clients agree to indemnify Wisdome against any claims arising from the misuse of the migrated content.

9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights to the content provided for migration remain with the client. Wisdome does not claim any ownership rights to such content. Clients must retain copies of all assets provided for the Service at all times.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of the laws of Victoria, Australia.

11. Service Termination Either party may terminate the Service agreement if there is a breach of these terms that is not remedied within 14 days of written notification of such breach.

Revisions and Adjustments Policy

  • Included in your service package are one comprehensive review and one round of revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes requested beyond this scope will incur charges at a rate of $50 per hour.
  • Requests for revisions must be made within one week of receiving the initial completed migration. Changes requested after this period may be subject to additional fees and extended timelines.
