This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the WISDOME Affiliate program, owned by ALESMARC Pty Ltd. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). By applying to the WISDOME Affiliate Program, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions as listed below.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

• We reserve the right to close the account(s) of any Affiliates, if you attempt to use the WISDOME Affiliates Marketing in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
• WISDOME reserves the right to disqualify affiliate commission earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
• All content will be available to you via a link which will be emailed to you upon approval. The site which you obtain all marketing is password protected and cannot be shared with any third parties without consent from ALESMARC Pty Ltd

Commissions

• Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure and rules. Commission amount is dependent on total order value which will include extra fee (tax).
• Commissions are based on referrals that maintain their subscription with WISDOME longer than 2 months. In the case of plans that allow 30 day refund period, this also equates to 2 months.
• Each campaign we make available may offer different commissions. Please email us at any time to confirm your commission if required. However ALESMARC Pty Ltd, aim to maintain a blanket commission of 10% for all first and subsequent subscriptions to you for the length of the referred active subscriber.
• ‘Active” means any customer you refer to subscribe to WISDOME, must be maintain an active account and be making on-time payments for their account as per the plan they have committed to with WISDOME. 

Payments

• To receive payments you will need to set up and provide your PayPal email in your dashboard. 
• Payments will be processed at the end of every calendar month via PayPal – ALESMARC Pty Ltd
• Payments will be paid out via PayPal, provided to us when you join. If your PayPal email changes, it is your responsibility to update your details to ensure proper commission payments.
• For all new customers of plans that allow 30 day refund period, your commission will be held until that user passes their refund period.

Refunds

• In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
• To ensure you always receive your due commissions without error or confusion, we appreciate your patience on new referral  accounts which require a 30 day period hold.

Marketing

• You are free to promote WISDOME on your Website, YouTube, Social medias, Forum etc. However affiliates are strictly prohibited to modify the Brand Logos and Trademarks.
• You are prohibited to promote the affiliate program in any dark web, or illegal websites.
• Send Spam Emails is inappropriate and unacceptable to ALESMARC Pty Ltd and constitutes a material breach of this Affiliate Agreement.
• Additionally, you may not advertise in any way that can negatively effect any of our brands.
• All content will be available to you via a link which will be emailed to you upon approval. The site which you obtain all marketing is password protected and cannot be shared with any third parties without consent from ALESMARC Pty Ltd
• We suggest that you provide an Affiliate Disclosure when promoting WISDOME.

Cookies and Privacy Sandbox API’s

• To ensure users privacy is protected, COOKIES will be fazed out by 2024 by most browsers. During this time it is suggest that Privacy Sandbox APIs are being tested and implemented. 
•  Incorrect use of affiliate links will make it impossible to track references and in turn, track and approve your commissions.
• Cookies/API’s used as part of the affiliate program have 30 days from the time of customers first click. Only users who make a purchase while their cookies are active will be considered referrals of the affiliate and be recorded as sale. Be sure to always check your referral link is active.
• If a potential customer clears their cookies  during this period, we will not be held responsible for the fact that the commission will not be traced to you and consequently no commission will be recorded nor approved. We cannot track back sales links. 

Modification

• ALESMARC Pty Ltd may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and our Affiliate Program rules.
