Meet Nikki Cali, the founder of Wisdome
Nikki Cali is the Australian female founder of Wisdome. Her need for efficiency and drive to never be afraid of technology, had her create a software which has gained interest in the LMS and CMS sector. One thing about life that Nikki Cali has learnt is to be flexible, that’s the only way you’re going to solve problems and grow.

Efficiency is a huge word in Nikki’s life, from upbringing to an adult running multiple businesses and a home. Nikki is first a mum, then a business owner who had needed put a new spin on her business and tap into the online learning industry. Nikki, has evolved from a textile product designer, owner of a luxury interiors brand, interiors consultant, interiors membership and course creator to now a software designer. Why? Well Nikki moves with the times, and has always been guided by where her clients, and fellow business peers need her.
Designing Wisdome came about back in 2020, after a year of delivering a successful interiors membership online and creating her own application. After sharing this with fellow business owners, Nikki began to receive comments and enquiries into how she developed her own app. After helping a friend set up her own membership online, it was evident that TECH STRESS really was a huge issue when it came to others starting their online knowledge based businesses.
The stress of working out what was needed, where to start, how to puzzle it together and if “I’m just to old to start this” was where Nikki stepped up and into problem solving mode. By gathering all the steps, all the tech, all the requirements she needed to set up her businesses (interiors and eLearning), Nikki began planning out a software to answer and help others.
So began the journey of networking, gathering data on polls, surveys, in online groups, researching and finally collating all the data to support her findings and apply them to a suitable solution that can be easily accessed, and used.
One thing that kept popping up was the lack of women in technology, or at least awareness of. There is still an unconscious bias towards Women in technology, however women like Dr Catroina Wallace inspired Nikki to create the Wisdome software.
With engineering and entrepreneurship in the blood, it was inevitable Nikki was going to engineer her own solution and ensure it was built to help others. A paternal great grandfather who was the inventor of the Watchmans Clock and engineered cars, and a maternal great grandmother who designed manufactured textiles, there was no escape of the engineering gene.

Wisdome is a content delivery and member engagement software that will help new and growing businesses share their knowledge efficiently, as it concentrates on the business’s formula; content + engagement. The focus of this software is to give its users the confidence to use technology, not shy away from it via a simplified UX/UI design.
Thankfully the upbringing to never compromise means the software Nikki is creating to help other start up businesses will build “confidence in our users to implement technology as the foundation of their business. This means creating sustainable growth both in the tech industry and small business.”
